200g of unsalted butter
150g of sugar
300g of all-purpose flour
60g of cornflakes
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
30g of corn flour/ cornstarch
1. First, cream the sugar and butter properly until it is a creamy white mixture.
2. Stir the white mixture into beaten eggs and vanilla. Add sifted flour.
3. Scoop a teaspoon of the dough and assimilate it in with the cornflakes.
4. After that, bake in oven for 25 minutes at 170 °C or until lightly browned.
