" Senheng for making me feel like a Superstar. I have been looking for this particular model of Panasonic air conditioner for better sleeping quality and health and one day I found it on Senheng website.
I wanted to utilize a 0% installment plan for better managing my expenses during the pandemic times and so I went and visited a nearby Senheng branch, near my home in Sungai Buloh.
From the moment I stepped in, a helpful and friendly staff immediately came to me and politely asked if I needed any assistance and if I was looking for something. So I immediately showed them the model number/code of the air conditioner that I was looking for. The sales assistant immediately recognized the model and informed me that it has just been recently restocked and it is a popular model.
So I confirmed my interest to purchase it and mentioned that I wanted to go with Maybank's 0% EPP plan. Everything went on smoothly but I want to note and praise the thoughtfulness of the staff on several occasions.
Firstly it was regarding my Maybank credit card points and informing me that they can immediate assist me on checking my total number of points and how much I can save by using it as cash rebate for my purchase. Good.
Secondly, was asking if I am an existing PlusOne member and that I might have a discount voucher in my account that i can immediately use for this purchase. I appreciate his honesty and turns out I do have a RM50 voucher in my account. Great savings which I might not have known if it wasn't for him.
Thirdly, was recommending extended warranty for a better peace of mind and longer protection for my device. Turns out, by utilizing my credit card points, I am getting extended warranty for "free" without extra cost.
With the payment and installment plan successfully enrolled, they mentioned that they can deliver my item the very next day, which I was very surprised because it was a public holiday (great, this means I don't have to take leave or time-off to receive my item). And true enough, it arrived on Wesak Day and the delivery guy thoughtfully rang me up to inform and confirm my availability before leaving the warehouse. Greatly appreciate this as I always encountered other delivery company/team who were very irresponsible and made my life difficult waiting and chasing them instead.
Shopping with Senheng was an amazing experience because of the thoughtfulness and well experienced staff and team and together with the immediate next day delivery speed, it really made me feel like a Superstar. I will never hesitate to recommend Senheng to my friends and family for their electronic purchases.
