SENHENG MPP Plan provides you 1 year coverage on repair or replacement for your Smartphone, Smartwatch and Tablet which purchased from SENHENG / senQ / Senheng Mobile that’s against damage covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Physical Damage or Screen Crack only).
- Who is eligible to enrol SENHENG MPP Plan?
All PlusOne Members who purchased Smartphone, Smartwatch and Tablet from SENHENG / senQ / Senheng Mobile for personal use are eligible to enrol SENHENG MPP Plan.
- How can I enrol SENHENG MPP Plan?
SENHENG MPP Plan can be enrol at any SENHENG / senQ / Senheng Mobile outlets upon purchasing your Smartphone, Smartwatch and Tablet.
- How much is the maximum coverage for SENHENG MPP Plan?
SENHENG MPP Plan with a maximum coverage amount which is up to the original product purchase price of your Smartphone, Smartwatch or Tablet.
- SENHENG MPP Plan provides how many years of cover period?
SENHENG MPP Plan provides one (1) year coverage, the period of coverage will commence on the sales order’s invoice date.
- Can I enrol SENHENG MPP Plan after the sales order is invoiced?
No, you are unable to enrol SENHENG MPP Plan after the sales order is invoiced.
- How many times can I get repair or replacement for my device via SENHENG MPP Plan?
SENHENG MPP Plan is valid for one (1) time claim only, subject to approval. The service contract will be terminate after the replacement is made.
- How do I file claim for SENHENG MPP Plan?
You may send in your defective Smartphone, Smartwatch or Tablet any SENHENG / senQ / Senheng Mobile outlets that is convenient for you to lodge a claim request. A 10% excess fee must be paid upon filing a claim for repair or replacement. The set will be returned, and the 10% excess claim fee will be refunded if the warranty is void.
- What if the repair cost is lower than excess fee when a claim is made?
If the repair cost if lower than the 10% excess fee, the claim will be cancelled and the 10% excess fee will be refunded.
- How many days does the claim process take?
The claim process will be completed within 5 working days. SENHENG / senQ / Senheng Mobile will contact you once the claim is approved.
- Do I have to provide any supporting document while filing the SENHENG MPP Plan claim request?
You are required to present your SENHENG MPP Plan E-Certificate at your Senheng App upon filing claim for SENHENG MPP Plan.
- Can I transfer SENHENG MPP Plan to another Smartphone, Smartwatch or Tablet device?
No, SENHENG MPP Plan is NOT transferable under whatsoever’s a circumstance.
- Can I request to cancel and terminate my SENHENG MPP Plan?
Yes, you may cancel and terminate your SENHENG MPP Plan, but with NO REFUND and you will not able to re-enrol SENHENG MPP Plan with the same Smartphone, Smartwatch or Tablet again.
