  1. This contest is open for all PlusOne Members above 18 years old.
  2. Contest period: From 1/12/2019 to 29/2/2020.
  3. Valid at all Senheng/ senQ outlets nationwide.
  4. The item must be purchased from Senheng or senQ Digital Station from 1/12/2019 to 29/2/2020.
  5. There is no minimum amount spent required on the transaction.
  6. Each participant is entitled to win one Prize only throughout the campaign.
  7. Participants can either snap a photo or video to join the contest. The video time length is recommended in between 3 mins – 10mins.
  8. Photo/Video must be uploaded before 29 FEB 2020, 23:59:59 (Malaysian Time). Any late submission will not be entertained. The time is based on Senheng® Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd server’s system time.
  9. Announcement of 20 winners will be made within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
  10. Winners will be selected by Senheng® Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd based on the participants’ creativity.
  11. Participants must ‘like’ Senheng Malaysia’s Facebook page.
  12. Participants must set the entry post to ‘public’, and include these hashtags #SenhengKOC and #IWantRed99 in the caption.
  13. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
  14. The creativity of the video will be judged by the organizer’s panel of judges. The decision of the judges is final and no enquiries, verbal or written shall be entertained.
  15. Winners shall assume full liability in case of any accident, injury, damage, loss or claim resulting from participation of this contest, redemption and/or usage of their prizes.
  16. Senheng & senQ reserve the right to amend the stated terms & conditions without prior notice.
  17. The winner must be the PlusOne members who received the valid invoice that issued by Senheng & senQ.

  4. Each approved application and sale claimed case will be eligible for (1) contest submission via Senheng App contest form only.
  5. Incomplete and/or inaccurate contest form and/or online entries with incorrect winner’s details and answer will be disqualified.
  6. AEON Credit to identify the qualified customers from the pool for the execution of contest entry eligibility.
  7. AEON Credit’s processing and approval of applications is subjected to AEON Credit’s Terms and Condition.
  8. All application approvals are subjected to AEON Credit’s assessment guidelines and deemed final.

  11. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) Grand Prize during the Contest Period.
  12. Announcement of winners will be made within 60days from the end of the Campaign.
  13. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Organiser and its agencies to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.

  1. This contest is open to all citizens of Malaysia above 18 years old as of 1 Dec 2019, except the employees of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd [“the Organiser”] and their immediate families, their business partners and suppliers.
  2. This contest will run from 1 Dec 2019 to 29 February 2020 [“Contest Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period.
  3. Eligible Cardholder must spend at Senheng/senQ Retail Outlets a minimum RM3,000 via 12, 24 or 36 months 0% Instalment Plan in a single receipt on any HSBC/HSBC Amanah's credit card/-i to qualify. Every RM3,000 spend entitles the Eligible Cardholder to one (1) contest entry (“Contest Entry”).
  4. There is a total of five (5) winners to win a 5D4N trip to Bangkok (“Prizes”).
  5. The Eligible Cardholder can receive a maximum of one (1) unit of the “Prize” throughout the Promotion Period.
  6. At the end of the Promotion Period, five (5) Eligible Cardholders will be selected as Potential Winners in accordance with the selection process below (“Potential Winner”):
    • Each Contest Entry will be assigned a serial number, which is allocated sequentially starting from 1 for the smallest serial number to the largest.
    • The total number of Contest Entries will be divided by five for the Promotion. This division will return the multiplier number (“Multiplier”) with which to short-list Potential Winners, rounded to the closest whole number.
    • For example, if the total number of Contest Entries is 2,987, the Multiplier will be 2,987/5 = 597.4, rounded to 597. As such, the entries which are numbered by multiples of 597 will be selected, e.g. 597, 1194, 1791, 2388, & 2985 . This will allow the selected five (5) Potential Winners to be shortlisted to win the Prizes.
    • Potential Winners will receive an SMS notifying them that they stand to receive the Prize, subject to answering a question via SMS correctly. He/she must answer/reply the question via SMS within 5 days from the date of receipt of the SMS in order to be entitled to receive the Prize.
    • Potential Winners must answer one (1) question correctly to receive the Prize (“Winner”). Any Potential Winner who fails to answer the question correctly/fails to respond within the given time frame will not receive the Prize. In such event, the Eligible Cardholder bearing the subsequent serial number will be short-listed and the sequence in Clause 5 (a)-(c) above will re-commence.
    • The sequence under Clause 5 (a)-(c) above will cease upon the determination of 5 Winners for the Promotion.
  7. In the event, if there is a prize giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at his/her own expense to collect the prize. In the event the winner is not able to attend, the winner must nominate a representative to be present and accept the prize on his/her behalf. Failure to attend the prize giving ceremony may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  8. Winners shall assume full liability in case of any accident, injury, damage, loss or claim resulting from participation of this contest, redemption and/or usage of their prizes.
  9. The winner will be announced within 60-90 days after the campaign ends via an official email/SMS/Phone call from HSBC/HSBC Amanah/the Organizer “Senheng”.
  10. The “Prize” will be couriered within 20 weeks after the Promotion Period to the primary Eligible Cardholder’s address as maintained in HSBC’s records. HSBC will not entertain any request to deliver the Prize to an overseas address, a P.O. Box address and/or an address other than that maintained in HSBC’s record. During the call for delivery address confirmation, The winners with an overseas address shall nominate, a proxy in Malaysia with a Malaysian address who will receive the Prize on behalf of the said Winner.
  11. Other Terms & Conditions
    • The Prize is not exchangeable for credit, cash or kind by the Eligible Cardholder.
    • HSBC/HSBC Amanah reserves the right to vary or substitute the Prize at its sole discretion with 3 days prior notice.
    • HSBC/HSBC Amanah is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and service(s) provided. Any disputes on product quality or services by a merchant or retailer should be resolved directly between the Eligible Cardholder and the merchant or retailer of the Prize.
    • Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Promotion expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise HSBC/HSBC Amanah to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organizing, promoting and conducting the Promotion for the purposes of the Promotion.
    • By participating in the Promotion (i.e. by meeting the eligibility requirements), each participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. In the event that the participant does not agree to these terms and conditions he/she should not participate in the Promotion and should opt out by informing HSBC/HSBC Amanah of the same.
    • HSBC/HSBC Amanah reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with 3 days prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by HSBC/HSBC Amanah of this Promotion shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholder to any claim or compensation against HSBC/HSBC Amanah for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
    • HSBC/HSBC Amanah shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as :
      • direct result of HSBC’s/HSBC Amanah’s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not HSBC/HSBC Amanah have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
    • The Eligible Cardholder shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Promotion.
    • HSBC’s/HSBC Amanah’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
