i bought a samsung fridge RT35 from Seng Heng 4 years ago.

Have problem on the internal piping.

Samsung Malaysia will outsource the service. There are only 3 panels in Klang Valley. They don't have control over their prices.

The shop will collect your fridge. They will give you a quotation (40% of your fridge price).

Even though the compressor having 10 years warranty but not includes other charges like transport, refill gas, inner piping, etc.

end up , you have to pay either services charges (40% of new fridge price) or the transportation few bucks for nothing.

I am lucky no need to pay RM700 for transportation fee as some put up on the malaysia blog but still some a money without repair.
