    My first front loader and I'm satisfied with its performance. Deliverymen didn't install the pipe properly when they came for installation and caused it to leak from behind, pls take note of this. LG technician came after on day, quite fast service. Salesperson Fion from SenQ Bukit Indah is someone I would recommend, she explained everything clearly and supported us promptly when washing machine leaking, thank you so much.

    Very satisfying being after using for the past 30 days, beside some of new features comparing to my previous front loading machine, and the I like most was it is pretty quite when spinning.

    Bought this washing machine on 17.11.21. After delivery by Sen Heng personal, it was very noisy and vibrate during spinning. A bit disappointed.
