How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready...
I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening?
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated.
If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?
No, item added to cart is not confirmed to be the act of booking the item.
What are the payment methods available?
The payment options available are by direct debit or credit card.
How can I know if my payment is successful or failed?
For successful payment, a confirmation email from ipay88 will be sent to your email.
Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
All credit cards issued from major banks in Malaysia are accepted.
Do you keep my credit card details?
Any personal information you disclose to us is handled with the strictest confidence.

What is Installment Payment Plan (IPP)?
0% installment options up to 24 months tenure are available and a handling fee is chargeable depending on the tenure selected and credit card used.
What are the cards acceptable for installment?
Maybank / AMEX, Public Bank, HSBC and Citibank.
Are there any surcharges using installment?
