  1. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy S10 iChanged 2.0 Consumer Promotion ("Campaign") is organized by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (296691-X) ("Senheng"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Senheng offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
  2. Customer agrees to comply with all the above when accessing or using this site. The scope of this Terms and Conditions is limited to Senheng's role of hosting this site and organising this Campaign only.
  3. By participating in the Campaign and with every purchase of Samsung Galaxy Note10, Note10+, S10 or S10+ at Senheng showrooms (collectively, “Participating Outlets”) and Senheng Online Store ( set out in Appendix A, Customer will be entitled to promotion as per below:
    • With every purchase of Samsung Galaxy Note10 (256GB), Samsung Galaxy Note10+ (256GB or 51GB), Samsung Galaxy S10 (128GB), or Samsung Galaxy S10+ (128GB or 512GB) Customer will be entitled to one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy Fit worth RM369. Free gift will be delivered to Customer within 30 days from date of redemption submission by Customer.
  4. The quantity of Free Gift in this Campaign is on “first-come, first-served” basis and also subject to stock availability.
  5. This Campaign will begin from 10:00am, 17th October 2019 (Thursday) to 10:00pm, 16th November 2019 (Saturday) (“Campaign Period”).
  6. Senheng reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or extend the Campaign Period without prior notice.
  7. The Promotion is open to all residents of Malaysia including Malaysians and non-Malaysians who reside in Malaysia, 18 years old and above (as at 17th October 2019) with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng's employees and their immediate families, its related agencies, retailers and dealers.
  8. One Customer is entitled to purchase one (1) unit of any Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+ only.
  9. Redemption of Free Gift
    • The redemption period of the Free Gift for this Campaign will begin from 17th October 2019 (Thursday) to 16th November 2019 (Saturday). Any entry received by Samsung Redemption System after 16th November 2019 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
    • Customer must go to, register an account, and fill in the required details together with the proof of purchase/receipt.
    • Free Gift will be delivered to Customer’s address as per the details submitted by Customer at
    • Once Customer has completed the above steps, Free Gift will be delivered to Customer mailing address within 30 days from date of redemption submission by Customer. The delivery of Free Gift is on a “first-come, first-served” basis and delivery of Free Gift may be postponed subject to stock availability.
    • Samsung reserves the right to change the delivery date of Free Gift to Customer without prior notice.
  10. In connection to this Campaign, Customer will not use this site:
    • To submit fraudulent order, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous information;
    • To distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Senheng, or the interests or property of other users;
    • To export the unit purchased except in compliance with the export control laws of relevant jurisdictions and in accordance with posted rules and restrictions;
    • In the event Senheng suspects or discovers that the Customer is abusing this Campaign and/or Senheng in any of the ways mentioned above or otherwise, Senheng may, at our sole discretion, take necessary steps to prevent and mitigate such abuse such as limiting, suspending, or terminating the Customer's user account(s) and access to this site, delaying or removing hosted content, removing any special status associated with Customer account(s), reducing or eliminating any discounts, and taking technical and/or legal steps to prevent Customer from using this site.
  11. Senheng uses its reasonable effort to keep its site safe, secure, and functioning properly, but Senheng does not guarantee the continuous operation of or access to this site.
  12. Customer agrees that he/she is making use of this site at his/her own risk, and that it is being provided to Customer on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  13. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Senheng excludes all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  14. Customer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating in this Campaign.
  15. Customer shall be deemed to be able to perform legally binding contract upon his/her submission of personal details and there shall not be any refund or costs whatsoever arising from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein.
  16. Warranty of the Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at Customer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
  17. All transportation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses arising out of the collection of the phone are the Customer's sole responsibility.
  18. Customer will fully indemnify and hold Senheng (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by himself/herself or any third party due to or arising out of his/her breach of these Terms and Conditions, improper use of the site or breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
  19. By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Senheng’s Privacy Policy available at

  21. Senheng reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign herein without prior notice.
  22. Senheng reserves the rights to change the Free Gifts/promotion items with products of similar value in the event of out of stocks.
  23. All pictures and/or images of the Free Gifts found in any advertising and marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.
  24. Senheng reserves the right to disqualify any submissions for the Free Gift redemption in the event of violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.
  25. In the event of any discrepancies between the information that Customer has submitted with regards to the redemption of Free Gift and for any reasons whatsoever, Senheng shall not be responsible for any loss or costs arising from such discrepancies howsoever caused.
  26. In case of any dispute, Senheng reserves the right to make the final decision and shall have the right to cancel, disqualify the order or forfeit the deposit necessarily.
  27. By participating in this Campaign, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts Senheng's Privacy Policy as stated above, and the Terms and Conditions.
  28. By placing registering an account for the Free Gift redemption, Customer agrees to grant Senheng and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies the use of his/her full details submitted through the Campaign, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  29. In the event of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions found elsewhere with regard to this Campaign (if any) and the Terms and Conditions herein, the latter shall prevail.
  30. These Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  31. FAQ:
    • (AEON EASY PAYMENT) Can I purchase any of the Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+ via AEON Easy Payment?
      • Yes. All you need to do is to visit our showrooms for Easy Payment application. A photocopy of your IC, 3 months of Salary Slip and the latest Bank Statement are required to be submitted for AEON Easy Payment application.
    • (0% INTEREST INSTALMENT) Can I purchase any of the Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+ via Instalment?
      • Yes. All you need to do is to select one of our many instalment options for up to 24 months 0% Interest Instalment payment with credit cards issued by all major banks in Malaysia.
    • (TRADE IN) Can I trade-in my used mobile device to offset the total payment of Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+?
      • Yes, however, trade-in is only applicable for in-store purchases at Senheng outlets. Just surrender your device for evaluation. Trade-in T&Cs apply.
    • (VCARE) What is VCARE?
      • VCare is an optional extended warranty provided by Senheng for our PlusOne members. The extended warranty cover an additional 2 years on top of all warranty stated above (1 year manufacturer warranty + 1 year PlusOne warranty +2 years extended warranty*), meaning a total of 4 years warranty coverage. However, PlusOne members are required to purchase VCare in order to extend the warranty during purchase.
    • (VCARE) During store pick-up, can I purchase V-Care for my Samsung Galaxy Note10, Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+?
      • Yes you can, however during your purchase; you need to ensure that you login to your PlusOne account to make the order purchase. Any PlusOne sign-up during store pick-up, benefits will not be extended to the order. Same applies on V-Care purchase.
