This 365-Day Screen Protection covers internal and external screen that is cracked, damaged, or broken during the course of normal use due to accidental collision, falling or dropping only. 

During the 365-Day Screen Protection period:
(1) Within 180 days from purchase date, the user is entitled to one (1) time free of charge internal and external screen spare part replacement.   
(2) Within 365 days from the purchase date, the user is entitled to additional one (1) time 50% off internal and external screen spare replacement.
(3) Please note that the Screen Protection is subject to a service labour fee of RM60 for each replacement.
