Terms & Conditions

Promotion is valid from 1 August 2020 to 30 September 2020.
All Grab users will be automatically entitled to 2 x 31% off during the campaign period.
Offer is only valid for online purchases made at selected merchant-partners’ online stores with GrabPay.
The 31% discount is capped at RM20, with a minimum spend of RM60 per transaction.
Users to apply promo code ONLINEDEALS after selected GrabPay e-wallet.
Redemptions are on a first-come first-served basis only.
Promotion is not valid with any other vouchers or promotions.
The 31% discount is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit in kind.
Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and condition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

An additional 1 x 31% off online voucher will be issued to Grab users who complete a Grab transaction (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, Grab rides, and in-store with participating GrabPay merchant-partners) within the campaign period.
This voucher will only be given to Grab users who have never transacted on any online merchants with their GrabPay Wallet.
Once redeemed, the online voucher must be utilised by 30 September 2020 and any unused incentives will expire.
Shop online at participating merchant-partners’ online stores, and select GrabPay as the payment method. Upon checkout, the 31% discount will be applied automatically.
After a user has utilised the online voucher, he/she will be entitled to an additional 2 x 31% off promo. Promo code ONLINEDEALS must be applied during check-out at any participating merchant-partners’ online stores during the campaign period.

GrabPay Shop Malaysia Online promo

Step 1

Customers may have to launch their GRAB App and tap on Pay (Top Left).

Step 2

Customers will then have to scan Senheng/ senQ's QR code from website (when select GrabPay under ewallet option upon checking out cart).

Step 3

Customers then have to key in promo code "ONLINEDEALS" after scanning the QR and 31% off will be applied to the total sales amount, after that customer may proceed the payment.
