Terms & Condition:

1. Customer must purchase any single vivo smartphone as per above mentioned product list to be entitled for an entry in this lucky draw.
2. One invoice with vivo entitled smartphone is only entitled one entry to the lucky draw. In the case of 1 invoice with multiple (2 or more) vivo smartphone, Customer are entitle for 1 entry in the lucky draw.
3. ONLY valid for Purchase & Invoiced during 18 December 2020 - 03 January 2021. Invoice date and lucky draw date must be on the same date, or else vivo have the sole discretion to deemed the lucky draw entry void.
4. If in the event customer unable to provide correct bank account information or bank account name is differ from winners name, vivo have the sole discretion to deemed the lucky draw entry void.
5. vivo reserves the right to disqualify and Customer that does not comply with the terms and conditions herein.

Customer Journey:

1. Customer purchased eligible vivo model from any Senheng and senQ outlet (refer product list above for eligible model).
2. Customer scanned the QR code or go http://vivo.yycloudc.com/ and key in relevant details to participate.
3. Upon pressing into the Lucky Draw, customer will be entitle to spin and see which prize customer win.

3rd (RM18) Cash Prize and 4th (RM8) Cash Prize Giveaway:

• vivo will bank transfer into customers Bank within 14 working days.

Grand Prize, 1st and 2nd Prize Giveaway:-

• Vivo will announce the Prize Giveaway on vivo official facebook page https://www.facebook.com/vivoMalaysia within the first week of campaign ending (from 3rd January 2021– 9th January 2021)
• Vivo will contact customer after the promotion period ended and guide customer on how to redeem the prizes.
