1. The OPPO Reno 6 Series 5G 9.9 Shop & Win Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd ("Senheng"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Senheng offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
2. By participating in the Campaign and with purchase of any OPPO Reno6 Series 5G on 9 September 2021 at any Senheng retails store, senQ retials store, Senheng.com.my or senQ.com.my, customer will stand a chance to win an OPPO Watch 46mm Black.
3. A total of twenty (20) units of OPPO Watch 46mm Black will be giveaway throughout the campaign. Each participant is stand a chance to win one (1) unit of OPPO Watch 46mm Black throughout the campaign.
4. Announcement of the twenty (20) winners will be made on 20 September 2021 at Senheng and senQ Digital Station Facebook.
5. A notification email / Senheng App Notificatoion will send to the winner by 20 September 2021, winners are require to complete the prize redemption form and submit before 24th September 2021, 23:59pm.
6. Following the annoncement, winner is required to submit the following information;
   • Winner Name (as per stated in announcement), Contact Number, Email Address, Preferred pick up location or Delivery address (if necessary), Date of Purchase, Invoice Mumber, Model of Purchase, Product IMEI, upload a copy of invoice copy.
   • Winner is not allowed to choose any color on the prize Any request to change color of the prize will not be entertained.
7. All the submitted documents must be a PDF documents or in an image format (jpeg, jpg or png format). Any documents with unclear details will be deem as invalid and disqualify from Shop & Win campaign. Any submission after the submission period will be void.
8. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure all the details stated in the redemption form are accurate. The information stated in the redemption form cannot be changed once submitted. Each email address or invoice can only be used to submit up to one(1) redemption. Each redemption submission must be based on a valid invoice or receipt and a valid Product IMEI. Any duplicate redemption submission based on the same Product IMEI shall be rejected.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any winner redemption without prior notice in the event of the following
   • Redemption form is incomplete;
   • Redemption form or any redemption documents appear to be fraudulent;
   • If the Organizer believes the redemption is fraud or any irregular transaction or being manipulated in any whatsoever manner. "
10. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure on the part of the winner who fails to submit and/or resubmit the complete redemption form with all the supporting documents within the stipulated timeline and/or any delay due to wrong or inadequate details provided.
11. The prize will deliver to the winner from 30 September 2021 onwards.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash for whatever reason. The value of prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis.
13. All transportation, personal costs and/or any other cost, fees and/or related expenses arising out of the collection of the prizes are the customer's sole responsibility.
14. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant(s) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
15. All entries received shall become the property of the Organiser. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry that is found or suspected of having tampered with the Campaign process at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
17. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete or illegible.
18. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant has agreed and consented to give the Organiser the rights to use his/her personal particulars and/or information for the purposes of including but not limited to advertising and/or any other forms of publicity from time to time without any fees, payments, costs and expenses. The Participant may make his/her request via email to the Organiser (careline@senheng.com.my) in the event he/she intends to withdraw his/her consent to disclose any personal information held by the Organiser.
19. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, cancel or amend any terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
20. All images and artwork used for the Campaign are for illustration purposes only.

Eligibility:

• The campaign is open to all PlusOne Members of 18 years old and above (as at 9 September 2021 with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.
• There is no limit to the number of OPPO Reno6 Series 5G that Participants may order.
• Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88.
• Customer is not allowed to cancel the order or change the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.

Privacy:

• By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Senheng's Privacy Policy available at https://www.senheng.com.my/privacy-notice
• Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or revise or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
