4 Simple Breakfast Recipes to Try, Plus Win Exciting Prizes from Nestlé!

So here are 4 “Easy-to-make” recipes for you to try, especially during this WFH period. Take it as a step towards a healthier lifestyle!

 

1. Overnight Oats


This is an easy hack for a healthy breakfast that you can prepare in advance with no cooking required! Just add a few tablespoons of oats along with milk, yogurt and seeds. Put it in the fridge overnight and then add your favourite toppings such as bananas, strawberries, or blueberries before tucking in. You can also top it off with some honey to sweeten things up.

 

2. Cereal Drinks


If you don’t have the time to prepare a full meal, have a packet of instant cereal drink instead! They come in a variety of different flavours but choose the ones that are lower in sugar and made with wholegrains for a healthier option. This way, you’ll still be able to get a quick nutritious bite in before lunch.

 

3. Granola


You can buy ready-to-eat granola in stores, or you can find recipes online to make them on your own. Add nuts, seeds or dried fruit of your choice and store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks. Enjoy with milk or yogurt for an easy, delicious, and most importantly nutritious breakfast!

 

4. Banana & Yogurt Smoothie with Nestlé Omega Plus

3 tablespoons of Nestlé Omega Plus
1 cup of yogurt
1 banana (sliced)
1 cup of ice
200ml of water

Mix 200ml of water with 3 tablespoons of Nestlé Omega Plus. Stir and let it cool down for 20 minutes. Blend drink with ice, banana and yogurt. Once blended, it’s ready to be served!

Step 2

Step 3

All shortlisted participants will be contacted via WhatsApp to answer a simple true or false question.

 

If you’re one of the selected winners, you will be contacted for delivery details. Winners will be announced weekly on Dear Nestlé Website.
